What if we don't have internet connectivity?

DigitalRound is offline-first. The entire system works without internet. Sync happens automatically when you have connectivity (in port, satellite, etc.), but it's never required for daily operations.

Do we keep the hardware after the pilot?

Hardware is on a loaner basis during the pilot. If you continue with a subscription, you keep it. If you choose not to continue, we provide a prepaid return label (no cost to you).

What kind of training is provided?

We provide a 1-hour live training session (on-site or remote) for your crew, plus video tutorials and a quick-start guide. The app is designed to be intuitive—most crew are proficient within 15 minutes.

Can we customize the round templates?

Absolutely. During setup, we configure templates to match your exact workflows (engine room, safety, reefer, lube oil, etc.). You can add/remove items, change thresholds, and modify the flow at any time.

What happens to our data if we don't continue?
